The beautiful holiday home "Casa Xavier" is situated a little above in Valle Gran Rey, in the popular and quietly situated district El Guro. The small holiday home in El Guro, built over 2 floors, was completely rebuilt in 2019 and has 2 bedrooms. Altogether four persons can comfortably stay overnight here. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed of 180x200cm and in the second bedroom is a high quality sofa bed, which has a size of 160x200cm. Free Wi-Fi is available to guests throughout the house. In addition to the in-house bathroom, you will find a bathroom with toilet and shower outside.

Also the modern fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It is equipped with an electric cooker, kettle, toaster, sink and an in-house water filter, so that you can drink the freshly filtered water directly.

The real highlight of "Casa Xavier" is the beautiful terrace, which is equipped with sun beds and sun protection. In addition, there is a large table with chairs on the terrace, so that you can enjoy lunch or dinner outdoors.
