Cottage with veranda near Playa Santiago

The cottage "Casa Fota" is located very close to the sunny fishing village Playa Santiago, more precisely in the authentic village Pastrana.

Pastrana is a quiet, tranquil and rural village. The small village has only 20 souls, but there is a small bar with a good restaurant right next door. The beautiful beach of Playa Santiago, where you can swim in the Atlantic all year round, is only 5 kilometres away. In Playa Santiago there are also some supermarkets, shops and many good restaurants.

The holiday home "Casa Fota" is high quality and modernly furnished. The large living kitchen is very well equipped. There is a dishwasher, an oven and a dining table with four chairs. The sitting area in the living area is spacious and comfortably furnished. Here a third person or an older child can sleep comfortably. In the separate bedroom you will find two single beds which together form a large double bed. Everything is topped off by a chic and bright bathroom.

The "Casa Fota" near Playa Santiago has two well-kept outside areas: a 22 sqm large veranda in front of the house, which is equipped with table, chairs and sun beds and a 14 sqm large inner courtyard, in which also the washing machine is located, which the guests can use free of charge.

Children up to 12 years stay free of charge in the "Casa Fota"! A cot is available. The final cleaning is included in the price. If you need a rental car during your stay, we will gladly send you a non-binding offer, just contact us!

Casa bonita y bien equipada con buena terraza

Casa bonita y bien equipada con una buena terraza en el caserío de Pastrana. La zona es algo calurosa en verano. Durante la semana de la ola de calor fueron fundamentales el ventilador y el aire acondicionado portátil. Valoramos especialmente la atención del dueño desde el primer momento, la limpieza, el buen funcionamiento del Wifi y la tranquilidad. Echamos en falta una buena nevera, algo fácilmente subsanable. Lugar recomendable especialmente para desconectar y los aficionados al senderismo. Próximas varias rutas que conectan a través del barranco de Santiago con diferentes núcleos de la isla.

Location in Playa Santiago

The house is quietly situated on a narrow road, which ends a few hundred meters further in a dead end street.

You can reach the golf course and the Hotel Tecina after a good 10 minutes drive, the Garajonay National Park after a 5 minutes drive and the airport of La Gomera after only 15 minutes drive.

In the immediate vicinity you will find a bar/restaurant and only a handful of other houses. The "Casa Fota" is situated in the middle of nature at the less frequented Calle Pastrana. The small beach of Playa Santiago is only 5 kilometres away from the accommodation.
